By accessing or using ClipVault, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use our Discord bot.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must register via Discord or Google. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Providing accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Clipping Guidelines

When participating as a "Clipper," you agree that:

• You will only submit public links from supported social platforms.
• You will not use bots, automated tools, or click-farms to inflate view counts.
• You will respect the original creator's content and not post offensive or prohibited material.

4. Payouts and Rewards

Payouts are calculated based on the view count data tracked by our system. We reserve the right to withhold payments if we detect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to artificial engagement or violation of platform policies.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
